略歴
2018年から、海洋政策研究所（OPRI）に所属しており、専門は一般均衡分析、政策シミュレーション、GTAPモデリングなど。ブルーエコノミー、ブルーファイナンス、科学技術、イノベーション政策評価、および災害リスク管理のプロジェクトにおいて経済分析を担当している。研究活動は国連持続可能なブルーエコノミーファイナンスイニシアティブとアジア開発銀行の海洋ファイナンシングイニシアティブに関連している。研究分野は再生可能エネルギー、海洋深層水、グローバルサプライチェーンのレジリエンス、エコフレンドリーな海上運輸、水素社会、文化サテライト勘定（CSA）など、様々なトピックで海洋と社会システムを結びつけることを目指しています。また、国際学術誌『Marine Policy』のゲストエディター（2020-2022）、書籍『Blue Economy and Blue Finance』（ADBI出版）、『Moving toward Net-zero Carbon Society』（Springer出版）の編集者も務めています。
OPRIに入る前は、政策研究大学院大学（GRIPS）科学技術イノベーション政策研究センター（SciREXセンター）およびアジア開発銀行研究所（ADBI）で研究職を勤務した。東洋大学経済学部で海洋経済学、災害経済学、アジア経済発展と統合、政策分析に関する特別経済講座を担当している。公共経済学の博士号を持つ、日本海洋政策学会、日本経済学会、日本城郭文化協会のメンバーでもある。
