外国人住民との共生ハンドブック
笹川平和財団(SPF)は、近年にわかに外国人住民が増えてきた自治体や、外国人住民の受入れに不安を抱える地域社会で外国人住民、受入れ側住民双方にとって円滑な共生を実現するために、自治体の担当者や地域社会の支援者の参考となる、『外国人住民との共生ハンドブック~受入れの基本姿勢と取り組み事例集』を作成いたしました。
