「ブレッド戦略フォーラム（Bled Strategic Forum：BSF）」の参加報告
９月１日及び２日に、スロベニア政府主催により行われた国際安全保障会議「第20回ブレッド戦略ファーラム」に上席フェローである尾上定正元空将が招へいされ参加しました。 そこで尾上定正上席フェローによるスロベニアのEU安全保障への取り組みについてのレポートを公開します。

"Japan-India-France Trilateral Dialogue: The Emerging Politics of the Indo-Pacific"

笹川平和財団の「インド太平洋国際会議II」事業では、2022年11月24日‐25日にかけて、シンガポール国立大学南アジア研究所（NUS-ISAS）と「日本‐インド‐フランス３カ国対話」（JAPAN-INDIA-FRANCE TRILATERAL DIALOGUE、於シンガポール）と題するトラック２の非公開専門家会合を開催いたしました。
会議には３カ国および東南アジア地域から30名近くの研究者や政府実務家らが集い、以下の計6セッションにわたり新たなミニラテラルの可能性について討議しました。
(1)ウクライナや台湾海峡をめぐる力による現状変更への対応
(2)海洋安全保障
(3)サイバーおよび宇宙分野での協力
(4)３カ国の連携に対するASEANの視点
(5)地域開発とサプライチェーンの課題
(6)危機管理と平和活動
本レポートは、これら議論に基づき、各分野において日本‐インド‐フランスの３カ国が検討し得る事項について取り纏めたものになります。
