民間企業、NGO（ベトナム駐在）、UNDP（ウガンダ・NY駐在）を経て、2011-16年トヨタ財団 国際助成グループリーダー、2016年日本財団 国際ネットワークチームリーダー。2018-24年岡山大学講師・准教授。2025-26年助成財団センター シニア・フェロー。2026年より現職。
