ヤルタ協定

米国、英国、ソ連首脳によるヤルタ協定（1945年2月11日）において、ソ連の対日参戦の条件の一つとして、ソ連への南樺太の「返還」と、千島列島の「引渡し」を協定した。（Ref.1）
