米英が領土不拡大の原則を示す（大西洋憲章）

米国及び英国は、1941年8月14日公表の「英米共同宣言（大西洋憲章）」において、「両国は領土的其の他の増大を求めず。」、「両国は関係国民の自由に表明せる希望と一致せざる領土的変更の行はるることを欲せず。」とし、領土不拡大の原則を打ち出した。（Ref.1）
