[Report] Invitation to faculty members of St. Anthony's College Audio-Visual Archive, Northeast India, for Capacity Building in Japan
SPF’s Asia and Middle East Program invited five participants from the Northeast India AV Archive (NEIAV), located on the campus of St. Anthony's College in the state of Meghalaya, Northeast India, to Japan from February 14 to 22, 2024. Training and study visits were made to related institutions in Fukuoka, Nagasaki, and Tokyo to improve NEIAV's organizational management and technical capabilities, and to expand its professional knowledge and human network.

Reconstructing Masculinities
Gender dynamics after conflict in Aceh, Maluku, and Bangsamoro Mindanao
Following the report published by the Georgetown Institute for WPS (GIWPS) last fall, SPF’s Peacebuilding Program is pleased to present another report which examines the actual challenges faced by women and men in post-conflict peacebuilding in three conflict-affected contexts in Southeast Asia: Aceh and Maluku in Indonesia and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao in the Philippines. The report includes data from responses of 6,000 men and women on issues including gender equality, gender norms, experience of violence, mental health status, and perceptions on peacebuilding.
