Keeping in mind the fact that 2020 marks the 75th anniversary of the bombings on Hiroshima and Nagasaki as well as the 50th anniversary of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT)’s entry into force, the working group produced these policy recommendations to outline the contributions Japan can make toward global nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation.
