In response to the deterioration of safety in the airspace over the East China Sea, the Japan-China Security Dialogue over the East China Sea was launched in September 2014. We asked China's prominent international relations researcher, Dr. Zhu Feng, about the significance and highlights of this dialogue. What kind of communication should be conducted and what kind of rules should be applied to resolve the issue?
