The Mercantile Education Institution, with over 100 years of education and training experience, has a fleet of training vessels that are waiting to be put to further practical use. Amongst many abnormal social incidents and a rising youth crime rate, I'm sure that the stage set by the oceans and mercantile training could teach so much to the young people of Japan.
