Project Outline
Building on the achievements of the FY 2024 Inclusive Economic Society for Eastern Indonesia project, SPF is helping to stimulate economic activity by supporting women and other entrepreneurs from socially disadvantaged or vulnerable groups, and developing an economic model for driving stable growth and promoting inclusivity in ASEAN regions affected by conflict and/or natural disaster. SPF is working to roll out this revolutionary model at scale by engaging a variety of stakeholders across the public, private and academic sectors, always ensuring that local input is incorporated into policy proposals. In Indonesia and the Philippines, SPF is helping to promote sustainable economic development by developing policies to support local social entrepreneurs and promoting sustainable and inclusive economic development, particularly in regions affected by conflict and/or natural disaster.
