On 13 May 2026, the Center for Mediation Support of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation organized a public symposium to mark its establishment, bringing together representatives from Oman, Switzerland, Türkiye, the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD), and Conciliation Resources to share their perspectives and experiences in peace mediation. On September 23-24, 2026, Mr. Yuji Mori, Senior Advisor, and Mr. Kenta Aoki, Senior Research Fellow, of the Center for Mediation Support (CMS) of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation, participated as speakers in the First “Central Asia-Japan” Think Tank Forum held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
