It is important to analyze the oceans in a comprehensive and cross-sectional manner from both the natural and social sciences, and to disseminate information on the situation in Japan and abroad to society. Therefore, based on the research and studies conducted by the institute, comprehensive public relations for ocean policy will be disseminated domestically and internationally from various angles to promote understanding of the ocean and to contribute to the formulation of marine policy. In addition, we will change the form of information dissemination to one that is more in tune with the times.
