Umi Hito Kurashi forum, or "Forum for Sea, People and Life, in support of fishing village women, is expanding its women’s network by actively involving those women who are undertaking a variety of fishery related activities. -
The Fleet Review as the First Commemorative Event in the Reiwa Era and its Origin

While fleet reviews serve to raise force morale, they are also opportunities to deepen the public’s understanding of and trust in the Self-Defense Force. Associated activities include public previews on the two days before the Review and promotional events are planned for Yokohama and Yokosuka on the previous weekend of October 5th and 6th. We hope all will be well attended. (Notice : Unfortunately, SDF Fleet Review was canceled due to the disaster relief for typhoon NO.19.) -

Director, Examiner Department, State Examination Bureau, Japan Marine Recreation AssociationIt has been more than 15 years since the Personal Water Craft operator’s license was established as part of the Boat Operator Licensing system, taking into account changes surrounding personal watercraft use. The licensing system promotes safe navigation through the issuing of licenses. This aim of personal watercraft accident prevention, since the creation of the new license, has had some effect. However, as accidents continue to happen, I would like to make a proposal regarding the current licensing system and future safe boating education.
