The Meiji Maru Museum Concept

Director and Vice-President, Tokyo University of Marine Science and TechnologyThe Meiji Maru is the only ship to be designated an "Important Cultural Property, Ethough at present it is in critical condition and requires major restoration. Aiming at the restoration and use of this ship, I have therefore decided to raise the issue of creating a Meiji Maru museum that would also contribute to Japan as a maritime state. -
The Inner Harbor of Yokohama Port by Sea Kayak

As part of our efforts to develop the Yokohama waterfront, we are working on "Rules for Waterfront Use Eto provide action standards so that sea kayakers and businesses can safely and enjoyably use sea kayaks in the inner harbor of Yokohama port, which is heavily trafficked by ships.
