Title: "Social network analysis of partnership structure under the UN Ocean Decade Actions"
Along the mid-term evaluation of the UN Ocean Decade, in-depth and quantitative assessment of collaborative network under the Decade Actions is meaningful to provide insights about the engagement that the Decade has facilitated. The objective of this study is, through social network analysis scheme, to examine the partnership structure under the Decade Actions and deliver strategic implications on the further expansion of the stakeholder engagement.
The results imply that, to expand the engagement under the Decade Actions, it is valuable for the "hub" and "bridge maker" countries to reach out new partners who have high demand of capacity development.
