The Ocean Policy Research Institute of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation (OPRI) will hold a public lecture entitled "Changes in Marine Ecosystems in the Tohoku Coastal Region and the Future of Fisheries" on December 2, 2023, at 14:00-17:00 (JST).
