We are pleased to announce that the Sasakawa Peace Foundation (SPF) has released a web page introducing its efforts on Diversity and Inclusion (D&I).
Our society is made up of a diverse community of people of different genders, ages, disabilities, nationalities, religions, cultures, sexual orientations, and gender identities. At SPF, we firmly believe that the diversity of the people involved in our projects and the pursuit of inclusion drives the creation of new values and supports the foundation’s efforts to address complex global challenges.
In November 2020, we launched the "D&I Project Team" consisting of our employees, in order to further promote our D&I initiatives. On the D&I web page, we will introduce SPF's approach to D&I, specific activities, and the voices of our employees. We hope you will take a look.
