US-Japan Alliance Study
Project Outline
This project strives to defi ne the signifi cance of the Japan–U.S. alliance as a “Global Commons” of the regional and international community and Japan’s roles within the framework. The research examines scenarios and fl ows to identify behaviors anticipated in various situations and their challenges, and it expands the application of its fi ndings broadly to other regions of the world.
