This project seeks to identify issues related to disaster management, non-traditional security, economy, and marine environment at the community, national, and regional levels in the Caribbean, Indian Ocean, and Pacific Island regions, and work together with local communities through dialogue and practical initiatives toward addressing these challenges. In addition, by convening cross-regional conferences, SPF will promote the sharing of information and knowledge and further seek to foster global synergies.
