This project promotes Second Track Diplomacy, led by the SPF, to deepen Japanese people’s understanding of Pacific island nations, and issues practical recommendations for addressing new challenges of the Pacific island countries and its region, thereby reinforcing ties between Japan and Pacific island nations.
