China's ocean policy in FY2013 included the formulation of the "Twelfth 5-Year Plan on the State Ocean Project Development (from 2011 to 2015)" and the newly established "Regulations for Main Functions, Interior Organizations and Personnel Reshuffling at the State Oceanic Administration People's Republic of China" following the reorganization of the organization for ocean administration in 2012.
