This project seeks to expand channels for communication outside of government in order to promote mutual understanding between the people of Japan and China. By arranging dialogues outside of politics, opinion leaders are able to conduct calm and informed discussions to share information that will contribute to better understanding of the partner country. Through these efforts, this project strives to encourage networking among experts and promote mutual understanding between the private sectors of both countries.
