Women’s Empowerment in Iran and Japan

Project Outline

This project supports women’s empowerment in Iran in order to make progress toward a more equal and fair society. Specifically, experts in Japan and Iran will conduct joint research on women’s economic empowerment through the use of ICT as well as explore the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated countermeasures on women’s employment. The aim of these activities is to create a bridge between the international community and Iran.
