On Jan 16 "Intellectual Dialogue;Prospect of Deepening Partnership of India-Japan"
(Tuesday, January 16th, 2018)
Closed.
The Sasakawa Peace Foundation is pleased to invite you to a public lecture on 16th of January, 2018, with the participation of leading intellectuals and experts from India.
In 2015, Prime Minister Abe and Prime Minister Modi announced “India-Japan Vision 2025 Special Strategic and Global Partnership”, and economic relations between the two countries become increasingly deepening at a pace never observed before. We believe now is the time to envisage the prospects of the next level of cooperation between Japan and India: the possibilities and the roles to play in today’s ever-unforeseeable political and economic situations in the world.
The foundation is inviting the leading intellectuals of India - Dr. Montek Ahluwalia, who has been the central figure promoting economic reforms in India, to explore a vision of next cooperation and potential roles that the two countries can play in relation to Asia’s growing opportunities.
