“Organic” is a term used mostly for agriculture. Aquaculture is conducted on a fluid water surface, making it nearly impossible to be stably managed and difficult to establish a clear organic standard for its products. Chemical-free organic aquaculture is currently being developed; in this article, I would like to introduce organic aquaculture that is focused on the Tiger pufferfish.
