Sachiko Oguma
Ms. Sachiko Oguma has been affiliated with the Ocean Policy Research Institute (OPRI) as a Research Fellow since 2019. She is in charge of ocean education and ocean-climate change. 
Prior to present work, she served in research position at the Hokkaido National Fisheries Research Institute as postdoctal fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS). She studied watar mass distribution off northern and eastern Hokkaido using stable isotopes as chemical tracers.
She was a data manager of oceanographic data at Marine Information Research Center (Japan Hydrographic Association), Japan Agency of Marine Earth Science and Technology, and Marine Works Japan Ltd.
