International Cooperative Work Study in Mainland Southeast Asia: Developing Community Linkages

Project contents
Through cooperation among universities in Japan, the United States, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Thailand, this project allows students from those countries to deepen their mutual understanding and their knowledge of rural communities in Southeast Asia. Through an orientation program in Chiang Mai, Thailand, as well as activities in a number of rural communities in the same area, groups of students from various countries gained firsthand experience of village life in Southeast Asia.
