The Sasakawa Peace Foundation organized three Civilization Dialogue seminars, the first, "Hinduism and the World," on July 12 and the second, "Dialogue with the Islamic World after September 11th," on September 20.

The third seminar, "Hinduism and the World: Part 2," which includes three sessions, "Hindu Philosophy and Peace", "Indian Thought and Literature" and "How to Associate with India", was held on November 22nd, inviting the following chairman, lecturers and commentators.

The seminar, examine Hinduism and its relations with the world mainly through philosophical and literary aspects. We would like to thank all those who made seminar a success.

The next seminar, "Indian Diplomacy and Gandhi," will be held in 2003. Date TBA.
