ISA communique. The Sasakawa Peace Foundation recently hosted the ISLAND STUDENTS ASSEMBLY in preparation for the PALM 5 Summit. Around forty exchange students from the Pacific Islands attended the forum, at which the structure of an exchange student network, as well as exchange that could be carried out through the network, were discussed. Following the discussion, a communiqué was adopted for presentation at the upcoming PALM 5 Summit.
