Project contents
To develop the human resources of Pacific island nations, scholarships covering university fees and living expenses were awarded this year to three Pacific islanders studying at universities in Japan. Tutors were also engaged to assist the students in then daily life in Japan and to advise them on academic matters and career prospects.
