International Master's Degree Program in Rural Development Management

Project contents
This project provides scholarships to students from Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam to undertake the master's program in rural development management offered by Khon Kaen University in Thailand. All 10 FY 1993 awardees completed the course successfully in December, 1994, and 7 new recipients took their place the following month.
