Sasakawa Pan Asia Fund of Sasakawa Peace Foundation (SPF) has invited 6 nonpartisan parliamentarians from Cambodia to visit Japan from Aug 23rd to 30th, 2010. During their visit, the delegate will meet with Japanese Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and Japanese parliamentarians from ruling and opposition parties. In addition, the delegate will deepen their understanding on the history of agricultural development, and rice crop technology development in Japan.
To contribute to the development of agriculture in the future, the delegate will inspect agricultural fields at the Faculty of Agriculture of Utsunomiya University, JA (Japan Agriculture Cooperatives) Utsunomiya, and ARI (Asian Rural Institute), etc, from Aug 26th to 28th.
