| Overview | We are pleased to accept registrations to the Arctic Circle Japan Forum (hereinafter, the Forum). The Forum will take place in Tokyo, Japan, on 4-6 March 2023. SPF has presided over the "Study Group on the Future of the Arctic" since 2016, leading discussions on Japan's Arctic policy and actively participates in international discussion frameworks to demonstrate Japan's presence in the Arctic field to the international community. In the process, we have built strong relationships with governments and research institutions in the Nordic countries, North America, Europe and East Asia. As a result of these achievements, SPF has come to be recognized both domestically and internationally as a leading think tank on Arctic policy. Your consideration and participation would be highly appreciated. |
