Social circumstances have been changing in central European countries, because of entry into the EU and progressing decentralization, and there is growing expectation for the roles of non-profit organizations. However, US support has decreased significantly, and it is difficult to obtain support from the EU. Under these circumstances, individual NPOs have to review their projects and systems, and strengthen their capacity. In cooperation with intermediate supporting organizations, the implementing NPO aims to develop learning materials for know-how to conduct efficient activities, achieve satisfactory results, and gain fund raising capacity based on their development stage and social needs.

The following activities are planned for this year.

Preparation of learning materials (July to November, 2006)
Learning materials developed in previous years will be reviewed and edited based on trials, and the final versions of learning materials will be developed. The learning materials will be translated into the various central European languages. 　
Preparation and management of the website (July to November, 2006)
Text and teaching materials will be posted on the website after adjusting the screen design and improving technology.
Dissemination (July to December, 2006)
Brochures will be prepared to advertise the website, and these will be delivered to relevant organizations after planning the dissemination procedures.
Four-Country Coordinator Meeting (July to November, 2006)
Four-Country Coordinator Meetings will be held regularly to report current progress in activities and to discuss improvements.
