Forum Information Center (Slovakia)


This year the following five intermediary support organizations (1. Association of Information and Counseling Centers for the Nonprofit Sector (Czech Republic), 2. Partners for Democratic Change, 3. Forum Information Center, 4. NIOK (Hungary), 5. BORIS (Poland)) that are playing are central role in the four Central European countries will develop texts and teaching materials aimed at leaders of nonprofit organizations. The tests will also include related statutes, a glossary of terms in each language, and catalogue of related literature.
  1. Development of textbooks and teaching materials (April 2005 to March 2006):
    A group of experts selected by intermediary support organizations will produce a textbook with 13 chapters and approximately 850 pages. The report will be translated/edited into four languages and made available on the project website.

  2. Making texts available via the web (January 2006 to March 2006)
    Thirteen chapters on various topics such as an overview of the EU Fund, fundraising know-how, project management, methods of information dissemination will be made available on the project website.
