Corporate Governance in Azerbaijan

The following activities are scheduled for 2004:
- Continuation of research/surveys (April 2004 to Feb. 2005):
The project will formulate policy/system/organizational models for improving corporate governance of manufacturers in Azerbaijan, addressing in particular such issues as modernization of ownership and business management systems.
- Workshop in Bangkok (Feb. 2005):
A workshop will be held inviting government officials and business owners for the purpose of announcing research findings and make policy proposals related to the ownership system, organizational structure and management policy.
- Publication of policy proposals in magazines (Feb. to March 2005):
The abovementioned policy proposals will be published in the Expert (Azeri) and Azerbaijan Studies (English).
- Compilation of a final report (March 2005):
