This project was initially scheduled for a 3-year period, but it became apparent that another year would be needed to complete all of the human resources training programs.
  1. Training Programs (2003)
    • April: Joint international training program for
    • July: Domestic training program (To be held in collaboration with the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES))
    • September: Joint international training program (To be held in Thailand, in collaboration with the Asian Institute of Technology)
    • November: Domestic Training Program

  2. Fellowship Programs (April 2003 to March 2004)
    1. Support for joint projects　
    2. sending delegates to international conferences
    3. support for an internship system 　　　etc.

  3. Distribution of (sounds and images) through Internet broadcasting (April 2003 to March 2004)
    Information related to the training programs will be disseminated, in collaboration with the LEAD programs in China, Indonesia, India, and Pakistan.

  4. Program Administration tasks (April 2003 to March 2004)
    1. Development of curriculum, teaching materials, and LEAD net
    2. Cooperation with LEAD international and other member programs
    3. Drafting a project report
