India is becoming an increasing priority for Japan in terms of diplomatic relations and regional significance.
This year we will focus on organizing seminars on the themes of India's future and outlook of Japan-Russia Relations, in order to strengthen mutual understanding with Russia a country with an abundance of information on India regarding cooperative efforts related to India's future, and to look for ways to promote the cooperative relationship between Russia and India through a multilateral framework that includes Japan. The second Japan-Russia relations dialogue seminar will be held on June 2003 at the Hotel Metropol in Moscow.
